Street art blobs

I was back in Glasgow today - second day in a row. This time for a meeting on permanence.

The meeting was held in the Scottish Government's building -Atlantic Quay. Opposite was a BT building, at the entrance to which were these unusual forms.

I did not have time to walk up and find out what they were meant to be. But thought they'd make a blip!
