Dolls House
This is an arguable entry for the 'Tiny Tuesday' Christmas challenge. It's Christmassy, as there are wrapped presents and decorations in shot. But it's hardly tiny; this dolls house must be around ten feet tall. However, if you compare it to a real house, then the 'tiny' tag could apply. The dolls house was made by estate workers for the children of the Howard family at Castle Howard; a beautiful house which was decorated really well for Christmas. We enjoyed our visit which was marred only by having to be evacuated due to a fire alarm which went off, rather spookily, just as one of the guides was telling us about the devastating fire of 1940.
