Graduation

Anton graduated today with Master of Science in Biochemistry. A proud day for the family. The ceremony was attended by his dad, Dave, his mum Vicki, his girlfriend Gina and me, his step-mum/  And a few 100 other people. A great achievement Ants,  Good brain-work and perseverance.

I haven't shared a photo of Anton as he is very camera-shy and I imagine he would not like me to do so however I am pleased to report I got a few great portraits to commemorate the day.

This photo shows a Maori student waiting to work in wearing a korowai (cloak).  In front is a blue Science hood like Anton wore.  As a staff member I was able to appreciate the ceremony and Anton's part in it from the stage.
