Challenge

Today I did a workout challenge called the ultimate cardio challenge. It involves skipping (jump rope) 100 reps, mountain climbers- 100 reps, ab bikes- 100 reps, skipping-90 reps, mountain climbers-90 reps, ab bikes 90 reps, and all the way down to 10 reps .. Much harder than I thought it was going to be!
