MIST

Managed a bit of a lie in this morning. Next doors builders were quiet.  Think they were fitting the kitchen today as I saw a  Granite Worktops  van outside.  The weather was cold, damp and misty and I was tempted just to stay in but I had to go out to post a parcel.  Just before I went out my daughter phoned.  We spoke for about an hour.  She isn't very well at the moment but is struggling through and managed to go to work.

My blip shot was taken on the way to the shops.  I took my old Lumix camera out with me today.  (Still no sign of the lost camera.)

Later on I was back out again for slimming club.  Unfortunately I put 2½  pounds on the week. Just have to try and do better before next weigh in.
