Christmas Breakfast

After night shift I met up with colleagues in a smart wee cafe in Jesmond for breakfast. We are all nurse practitioners in the hospital in Newcastle but work with the night in call teams. It is very difficult therefore to arrange a night out at Christmas or other occasions so instead we sometimes meet for breakfast. It was great to be together with a very few folks missing due to illness & child care constraints. They are a great bunch of people who work incrediblely hard in challenging situations & it is a pleasure to work with them all.
