The Face of Festive Fun...

They came, we laughed, we ate.   

They brought amazing Christmas gifts.   Amazing in the thoughtfulness, love and humour that had gone into them.   Alan was very happy to see LeeAnne, or Rude Poster Friend as he thinks of her, and she didn't disappoint!  He now has a new poster in his room to gaze at and for some reason Alan's support worker Cameron is requesting additional shifts.  I wonder why!!!  :-))

I am so happy that this amazing woman was able to join us as she's missed that last couple of get togethers.  Hel it was a joy to see you and at 170 miles round trip, you are a star for making the effort.  

So we partied hard....Dr Twitcher dosed on the sofa and Hel taught LeeAnne to crochet and I even remembered to put the bananas in the Banoffee pie.     Rock n roll :-)))

They commented on all the Christmas Decs and as I went to bed, feeling happy and grateful for such wonderful friends, it struck me that you can have all the Christmas decs in the world, but it takes friends and family to bring the festive spirit.
