First Frost

It was -2 this morning and had to scrape the car. Went for breakfast then the supermarket. It was hard even to do that as I had had only 2 or 3 hours sleep last night.  

Wrapped some presents then vegged. Lots of things going round my head about the next few weeks and going over yesterday. My anxiety is high.
