Oh dear
Another brilliant timewaster from the zooniverse! I already identify animals on camera-trap photos from both Tanzania and Mozambique, now they have got me transcribing letter and recipe books from the 16th and 17th centuries.
I have to say, this recipe for apple marmalade looks a lot more practical than one that I transcribed recently for preserving a whole sturgeon: "boile sweete spring water and white wine, of each 20 gallons..."
