Fiery Gluewein Evening

A wonderful day at home getting into the festive spirit putting up the decorations and getting Christmas sorted. Then over to W's for her totally relaxed Gluewein housewarming thing. A great chance to catch up with friends and we enjoyed a spectacle when the Feuerzangenbowle (fire tong punch) kicked off. It involves lighting a cone of sugar over a pot of gluewein and then setting fire to it with rum.
