Up early...

but not to catch a worm.. to collect a gift from the John Lewis delivery system to a local Waitrose.  It opened today at 10am and so I was there at 10.04.. the carpark was virtually full ... had I been 10 minutes later I would not have found a park.. phew!  Present collected I headed home and took a few photos of the birds from my car hide.. It was rather dark once again so not a great success.  Today is the day to write Christmas cards by a roaring fire and sort a few more things out.
