Huevos Rancheros
1 Onion
1 Chilli
1 Pepper
1 Clove of garlic
6 Peeled tomatoes (or a tin of chopped tomatoes)
Chilli powder
Coriander
4 eggs
Chop the onion, chilli, pepper and garlic and fry them in a pan until soft. Add the tomatoes and chilli powder and stew for a while. Turn off the heat and go and get your camera to shoot the thing. Reheat, make 4 shallow hollows and add the eggs. Add the coriander. Shoot it. When the eggs are cooked to your liking, eat it.
