Blackbird Baby Love

The alarm went off at 6:45 this morning and I did not want to get up for a run, but I did. I am looking forward to getting back out for a run on Wednesday, but I'm not sure I'll be able to now as my left calf is feeling a little sore after I slightly pulled a muscle doing a Sifaka impression in the office... what a professional manager I am! Before you even think it, no I will not be blipping my Sifaka impression!

In other news, for a 2.4 miles on my main route to & from work got the awaited roadworks starting today reducing the speed limit from 70mph to a 40mph speed camera zone until Autumn 2014! :-(
The good news is they have been making new homes for the bats and dormice which will be affected by the widening of the road.
