Lesson 1

Took the kids up to the garage to start teaching them the fundamentals of Chidokan karate-do. Sadly missy-moo bowed out fairly quickly (I hope to win her attention back...), but the lad showed energy, enthusiasm, and good,nfairly serious attention. I was most pleased. 8)

And at times he actually displayed some pretty good stances.
