Macaron-maker

For my birthday this year I asked the Wells clan for money I could put towards a course to learn how to make French macarons.

So that's what I've done today. I made cinnamon and vanilla, but as a group we made raspberry and vanilla, chocolate and orange and some savoury.....although I'm undecided about those.

I look forward to giving them a go at home. Just missing the flash Kitchen Aid they had at the Cookery School!
