Tinsel bokeh

Got up stupidly early (5:45am), got all my stuff together, said goodbye to my Mum and set off for the bus station.  Not a hint of daylight in the sky for the next hour or so.  Tooo early!

Anyway, had a good journey and even got a half-hour nap in, so that helped.  Got into London a little bit early, which meant I was able to jump on an earlier-than-expected train home.  Lovely to get back and see Tim - I'd missed him!  He was a bit hungover from his work's Christmas do last night, and I was knackered, so we had a lovely lazy afternoon and evening.  I eventually stirred myself to take a photo, and arranged this starry tinsel in front of the Christmas tree lights for a bokeh-filled shot.
