Today's the day ........................... for high water

It seems that Cumbria isn't the only place to have had a ridiculous amount of rain in recent months.

The water level of Loch Achray was unusually high today - and apparently earlier on in the week, the road along the lochside was impassable at one point because the water had flooded over it.  Normally, the edge of the loch is some way from here - but all the vegetation was under water.

Made for a good picture though .........................
