Work today, long and full of drama!!

Lots of christmassy cooking after work today, cakes, honey ham, cauliflower cheese ready for my aunt and nan coming tomorrow. My grandad died 16 years ago and my uncle 6 months ago, neither of them will have a Christmas Day this year as they don't want to celebrate it. So I have made a "large roast" (Christmas dinner without crackers) and got them "I miss you presents" (presents wrapped in tissue paper not Christmas paper)
Can't wait to see my aunt after 9 weeks, my nan... Not so much
