Sweet endings :]

Last day in London and the quality didn't deteriorate at all!

Breakfast and pack-up in Brixton before a mad dash across to Kings Cross train station to deposit my bag, get really quite confused at the adjoining tube station - woops!

Nevermind - still got to All Souls before the 9.30 service started and what a joy it was!

A final wander through the city, a tasty lunch at the station and it was time to catch the train back to Edinburgh... Not forgetting having picked up this tasty cupcake at Selfridges...yum!

Journey was fairly chilled - East Coast - although there was a mildly comical moment when the disabled toilet emergency alarm was going off (the funny part comes after) for a fairly lengthy period of time. Eventually an announcement came over to remind passengers that the large red flashing button labelled "emergencies only" is not the toilet flush...!

Arrived back in Edinburgh to hugs from mum & dad who also happen to be in the city for a wee while :]
