Journal of a Jessica

Off With the Fairies.

The water droplets look like little fairies. I wish they were fairies and not the aftermath of yet more rain... It's supposed to be Summer; instead of being out sunbathing I'm curled up in my blankets with a woolly jumper and some hot chocolate. But it's Britain, I expect no better.

Fairly uneventful day, my friend Courtney and I have been organising my house party that I'm having next weekend - my Mum's on holiday then so I may as well make the most of it and break a few rules. I'm in a bit of a huff today, so I don't really have anything else to say.

I've come to know the friends around you are all you'll always have. Smoke in my lungs, or the echoed stone. Careless and young, free as the birds that fly with weightless souls now.
