A surprise in the Sounds

We visited this place today. A 7 min water taxi trip from Picton..... Only been opened for couple of years. A great achievement . Predator free and the birds are returning. Saw a lot of tuis, bellbirds, fa tails, brown creepers. Just the best walk even for an old tart like me!!!
