Half Ironman #4

In Sean's 4th Half-Ironman race (the Patriot Half in Libertyville, MA) he smashed his personal best and achieved a major goal - he finished in under 5 hours! He came in at 4:59:36, even after stopping for a kiss from Connor during the run. :)
