Sluggish.

Day One proper of detox was sufficiently red, puffy, exhausted, drained and headachey.

Met this little chap at the bus stop and was helpfully informed by colleague Lynsey that the whole behind slugs' antennae is for reproductive purposes, and not just to make them look awesome like an orca. Who knew?!

Made it home without collapsing from tired to find my lovely boyfriend had left me with a clean flat and a lovely pork stew for dinner.

I reckon I'll give myself an hour or so to digest and then I have to go to sleep.
