Nativity

We have some lovely traditions at school. At Christmas the infant hall is decorated with hoops suspended from the ceiling, with hand made decorations hung from them (each class has a different theme), while the junior classes each make a banner for their hall. Then us teachers stay behind one Friday to get them all up. Giant stepladders, mince pies and music all involved. Each class also has a display board in the corridor to decorate by the end of the evening. Hard work but the children love it, and worth it all to see their faces on the Monday morning!
