Millport, millpond...

Headed Doon the Watter, and continued to take the Boy on a trip down memory lane to relive his childhood on Millport. We were blessed with the weather - absolutely lovely, with a gentle wind and warm sun. It was even balmy enough for a walk over the island to Fintry and a wee snooze on the beach - bliss!

Delighted to see the Garrison has been restored so beautifully, including a couple of lovely ponds in the ornamental garden, where the waterlilies were glowing in the sunlight.
