Sitting out with the Sunnies On!

While my husband went north today to pick up Scott, who has now joined us on the holiday, Cameron and I had a trip to Alnwick. We sat outside for lunch and enjoyed watching the world go by in this ancient market town. Cameron had a big smear of chocolate ice cream on his chops.

There is a famous second hand bookshop in the old railway station called Barter Books. It's fabulous inside, with a model railway running on a track suspended from the ceiling. Cameron picked a Dr Seuss book called "I wish I had Duck Feet".

Tea tonight is fish suppers from the recommended Pinnacles Chippy. We are all Hank Marvin!
