Back to Tirana

We drove back to Tirana this morning, where we were to spend the last part of the tour.

I was really glad I had come a day early at the beginning of the tour to spend some time wandering around. The itinerary was so jam-packed for our final 24 hours there was no time just to absorb what the place was like.

One of our many visits was to a mosque during Friday prayers, which I liked most. But we were only allowed to stay for a few minutes so we did not disturb those attending the mosque. There was a whistle stop tour of museums, buildings of importance, etc, which all seem a bit of a blur.

We enjoyed a last supper together as a group. It was a really nice group of people (bar one very unpleasant individual - isn't there always one!).
