overpackaged?

P ordered something from my favourite store (see extra) which arrived today in two large boxes and a whole mass of packaging.  I can't see how 6 bowls, a serving bowl and 4 little port glasses need quite so much packing.
 If anyone needs bubble wrap we've lots to spare!
