Busy afternoon!

I made some Mini Bakewell tarts, but they were a bit dry. I also made this sponge hopefully it's a bit moister. They are all going into the freezer just to have something sweet but quite plain over the Christmas time. It is possible but a little irritating cooking sitting down, no doubt many have to do this all the time :0/
