Dementia Champions Awards

Nominations are still open for the Dementia Champion Awards launched by NHS East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to raise awareness and diagnosis of the disease. Entries are requested by 31st January 2016.

The awards are a key part of the CCG’s campaign to raise awareness and diagnosis of dementia, as well as supporting patients and carers who may have concerns about their memory.
