Three shepherds for one sheep

The nativity play is always a fun event. From children struggling to reach the microphone, to obstinate innkeepers not letting a certain couple know if they have space, to the shepherds outnumbering the flock 3 to 1 and the relative annoyance of some parents talking loudly throughout the entire proceedings.
