Nibbled

Something's been nibbling away at this Fly Agaric.  

Finally managed to get hold of somebody at Carphone Warehouse in Carlisle about my phone, had a good moan at them, said I wanted the new phone now!  Of course its not possible as they have procedures to follow.  So I am caught in the middle while they sort it out with the repair people.  The guy I spoke to promised he would speak to the manager tomorrow about it.  No response  whatsoever from the online complaints I've made, but now that I've been looking at reviews on the company I am starting to get worried as the reviews are dreadful!!
