I didn't do much more today during my stay in New Jersey than walk around the town to get some fresh air. I came across this interesting restaurant - The Committed Pig - a breakfast & pancake house .  I like 'novel' places to eat so decided to stay for lunch.

Much of their menu revolves around their Pork Roll. Since I love a sweet/savoury combo, I ordered the 'Caramel Apple' - with muenster cheese, fresh green apples and caramel. With Sweet Potato Fries. Delicious!  

In case you can't read the writing on the wall it says:

the best way to describe the difference between involvement   and commitment is "bacon & eggs"

And:

the chicken is involved but the pig is committed
