Behind door number 9...

...cone gate!! The wind is back...again! The cones in place for the road resurfacing were falling over and rolling around left, right and centre. They've well and truly given up the go! However, as you can see, there is one cone upright (at least there was when I was strolling...!!), clearly defying the wind and think, you just try and knock me down!
