Wirkin on da Norna

A dull and dark start to the day but the morning was mostly dry.  Lunchtime came and so did the rain, and continued to rain for the most of the day.  A windy and damp evening.

Another day in the office and trying to find my way around the new database.  Plenty of odd jobs to be getting on with too.  We've also been trying to get the final arrangements for the Christmas night out sorted.  A few folk pulled out and had to change our transport plans.  Finished work, rush tea and then set out to work in the pub tonight.  Looking forward to 9pm, when I can get home and put my feet up :)

I was down in the boat sheds again today to see how the Norna was coming on.  After being off last week and not watching the progress, there's been a few changes.  She's been stripped right down and now they are almost ready to start on the rebuilding of her.  Here's Jack Duncan and Robbie Tait busy working on her today.  Taken in the museum boat sheds, Hay's Dock, Lerwick.
