Not another committee!

I've thought of a way of coping with the lack of daylight opportunities on work days. A while ago I blipped a feature of where I work and a good friend asked if I worked in a folly. Well, actually, now I think about it, I think I do. Over these dark days I think I'll blip the folliest features of county hall.
