Jesus and Copacabana Beach

Today the sun came out so we had an early start and made our way up to the top of Christ the Redeemer.

The view was magnificent! Christ stands at 30m high overlooking all of Rio. The heat and the crowds made for a quick photo session. We then introduced Marg and Garry to Acai in the cafe while we enjoyed the view.

That afternoon we sat on the beach for a couple of hours and showed Marg and Garry the lively atmosphere of the beaches.
