Back beach

Went to the beach again this morning intent on capturing the beautiful snowy peaks backdrop. Hmmmm . . . . . it could well have been the coldest morning of winter so far it was sooooooo cold! There was even frost on the sand. It was, nevertheless, b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l :) There isn't so much snow on the mountains now though so it doens't really have the same contrast value as it did last week.

Spent the rest of the day with the heaters on/fire going in a toasy warm house :) Didn't get as far as going in to work (spent w-a-y too much time editing pictures!) but did decide on a short walk to the supermarket to stretch the legs and air the lungs.

Have a chiropractor appointment first thing tomorrow - let's see if a chiropractor can do what a physio and an acupuncturist have so far not been able to. Fingers crossed.
