A dull grey day today with light rain, had a routine hospital appointment this morning to see the Rheumatologist and what was supposed to be a quick in and out resulted in blood tests as liver function levels are slightly risen. And also x-rays on my back. They want me back in four months time unless they tell me different.

Two hours later I was on my way to work, glasses on and off for most of the day, I will continue to perserveer for a while longer before I throw in the towel. Hopefully a better day tomorrow

I heard from Paul this evening, he is currently in Brecon Beacons on excersise and is due home on Friday.
