In a rut

And photographically speaking, I am.  I just checked back through my journal, and 90% of my images are macros taken in my own garden.  It wouldn't be so bad, but they are all the same!

I've even got a pet garden spider called Mildred.  I mean, how sad is that.  If I was anyone else, I'd tell myself to get a life.

I really do have to get off my fat backside and be more adventurous.

Not that this image is at all adventurous.  it's still in our back yard, but I haven't blipped one of these Adelaide Rosellas for ever.  And actually they don't  come to the feeder very often - so I grabbed the chance.  I even used the long lens.
