Getting into the Christmas spirit

This is Mintlaw village hall with its new Christmas light shining brightly above the front door. The previous installation was put up for the millennium and gave up the ghost a couple of years ago. This one was purchased with funds raised by the community last year, but for a variety of reasons didn't get put up until a week or two ago. It's a great addition to the other lights in the square and is being much admired.
