Snowy Pentland Hills

A day off today, the morning is spent in town doing some essential Christmas shopping. Deliberately planned to avoid the busy afternoon of parents with kids.

After lunch, I do some online shopping I wasn't planning on doing anything in the afternoon as Storm Desmond was due to hit the uk. However, the rain doesn't arrive, and I pop out to clean the bikes. It is a bit breezy, but it doesn''t take long.

I realise I don't have my daily photo, so I grab a camera and my coat and go down to Braidburn Valley Park to get a shot of the Pentlands with snow before it all melts when the promised rain hits the UK. I take my G1X, as the light is quite low. 

Back home, I have a leisurely coffee. Unfortunately, the groceries are delivered early, but at least I am in no rush, and its all dealt with, allowing me to relax before having to make the boys tea. Then the rain starts.
