Wet Tuesday in Dean Village

Another rain storm on the way to work this morning. The new waterproof trousers are doing a grand job, well work the money. Mind you it was also very warm, and while they are breathable, it was almost boil in the bag.

Busy day at work, but thankfully the rain stops for a quick 20 minute walk down to Dean Village. The Yellow Cottages on the right have just been repainted adding a bit of colour to the grey day. The Water of Leith itself is very high, and the river is rushing down to the sea.

Get back to the office to sort out a few issues with a project. Very grateful for a dry ride home.
