Playa des Illetes

Freinds who own a boat company, asked if I'd take some pictures for them...so today the 3 of us went with their family and a few friends and had a day out on one of the boats (in the background of my blip...further in the background is Es Vedra! Loved that we could see it from a completely different island!)...we hadn't realised we'd be going to Formentera, and to the 5th best beach IN THE WORLD!!! Danny and I have wanted to visit Formentera since we moved here, but never had the opportunity, so we were really excited when we discovered that's where we were headed!! The water was incredible - crystal clear and turquoise... The company was fantastic, as was the lunch, including champagne! Asha had an absolute ball...especially clambering into the dinghy and rowing to shore...this is her and her friend's sandcastle complex, complete with bridges!

After such an amazing day, just hope they like the photos!!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Generous friends - a day like today would normally cost 2,400€ (for one day!!!)...something we could never (obviously!) afford...amazing to just be given that treat.
2) Walking along this world famous, and beautiful, beach, having a pray...What a place to talk to Jesus!
3) The opportunities Asha is getting...so much variety & so many experiences...feel very grateful on her behalf.
