Harold Christmasified

Harold, the streets stray cat, is fed by quite a few of us in the close, including us. We have made him this little shelter, which is tucked under the porch of our house, so he can stay out of inclement weather.
Unfortunately one of my elderly neighbours, who also feeds him, has just fallen over and broken her hip, so has had surgery. I know she'll be worried about Harold, so I have managed to get word to her that he's being given more sachets of food by us to compensate. I also tinselled his house.
