Birthday mama

Her birthday but a bit of a non-event of a day. We had an appointment to go to the passport office to fast track Freddie' s passport .
The office is in Victoria and it was a mission to get there on the bus with a small baby. There were loads of glitches and delays. When we finally got there and got through security and queued for ages it was only to find that we had been wrongly advised and had the wrong signatory. So no passport for Freddie yet, and we are keen to get him home to meet the rest of the family.
We came away feeling rather despondent and it took ages to get home again.

We are settled in to a nice evening now though.
