An initial inspection of the Tesla Model S

discovered there was no engine. With this
latest Tesla the boot and bonnet lids were
displayed agape and no sign of an engine.
An unseen electric motor with batteries laid
under the floor achieves a faster acceleration
than conventional engines with a range of
270 miles. As the price was $105,000
I avoided the temptation of asking for a trial
run !
