MonoMonday: Distorted

The whole day was a bit distorted. We had the wettest day in the history of Portland, that means a LOT of rain fell last night and this morning. There is flooding, closed streets and landslides. Now we have a little break, but more rain and wind will come tomorrow. Here is my meager effort at distortion, and hey, it's raindrops!
