wax on, wax off

for years ive been terribly envious of restaurants/people who have wine bottles covered in candle wax.its so sinuous and pretty, that ive always wanted a couple of wine bottles for the dinner table absolutely dripping in candle wax as a focal point.
i bought some pretty red vegan candles the other day, and i burned 2 of them, dripping them all over the wine as best as i could.in the past when ive tried,the wax hasnt dripped down, and left me disappointed, so i 'helped' the wax this time.
so here is the start, and hopefully one day they will be huge, fat wine bottles, covered in years of dripping wax!
