Recycled Art as Therapy - ma taught me well :)

So it's not a great photo but the content is worthy of blipping: this afternoon I spent a couple of hours at the Puerto López Center for People with Disability teaching 10 skillfully craft-adept women how to turn plastic trash bits into the skeleton of a coin purse. I'll be headed back next Wednesday to teach them how to sew the bones into a living flesh purse.
